Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using the Hunzokutz website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Hunzokutz is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 99534525.

Hunzokutz provides the following services:

• Custom software development
• AI automation and process automation
• AI engineering, LLM integration and prompt engineering
• Web, mobile, and desktop application development
• CMS/CRM implementation, APIs, databases and IT consulting

Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in individual project agreements.

All content on the Hunzokutz website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, and designs, is the intellectual property of Hunzokutz and protected under Dutch and international copyright law. Client deliverables are subject to the rights specified in individual project agreements.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed-upon terms
• Respect intellectual property rights

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur statutory commercial interest (wettelijke handelsrente) as defined under Dutch law.

Hunzokutz's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question, in accordance with Dutch civil law (Burgerlijk Wetboek). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Both Hunzokutz and the client agree to treat all confidential information shared during the course of a project as strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice as specified in the individual project agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.

Hunzokutz reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
