1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website hunzokutz.com and all services provided by Hunzokutz, a KVK-registered company based in Utrecht, The Netherlands. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Hunzokutz provides software development, business analytics, business intelligence, consulting, web/mobile/desktop development, and AI integration services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon in separate project agreements or statements of work.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, designs, code, graphics, and logos — is the intellectual property of Hunzokutz unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Intellectual property rights for client deliverables are transferred upon full payment as specified in the project agreement, in accordance with Dutch copyright law (Auteurswet).

4. Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the project
  • Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
  • Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide to us
  • Make payments according to agreed-upon terms

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur statutory interest as defined under Dutch law (wettelijke handelsrente).

6. Limitation of Liability

Hunzokutz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, in accordance with Dutch civil law (Burgerlijk Wetboek).

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the project contract. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
